Tim’s six sigma black belt training, no-nonsense approach to improvement and vast Global Supply Chain and Project experience have been at the heart of the skills that have enabled him to establish CI as a leader in the Business Capability sector.

Bettina Griffiths

Director / Finance and Accounting

Bettina co-founded Critical Input with Tim Griffiths and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s foundations and long-term growth. With a natural aptitude for numbers and business operations, she transitioned into finance management early in the firm’s journey, ensuring stability and disciplined financial governance. Her work spans budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, underpinning Critical Input’s ability to expand nationally while maintaining a strong and sustainable platform. Bettina combines commercial acumen with a pragmatic, detail-driven approach, providing the financial oversight that allows consultants and delivery teams to focus on client outcomes

John has a long history as a successful Supply Chain recruitment and labour hire professional across Australia and internationally. In recent years he ran the successful ProcureNet Labour Hire and Recruitment company in Queensland. Bridget Mahony leads and oversees commercial improvement projects for Critical Input across Tasmania and occasionally in other states.
