Tim founded Critical Input in 2007 and has more than 37 years’ experience across supply chain, business improvement and capital project delivery. A Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive global project and operational experience, Tim brings a direct, practical style to complex improvement work. He has established three consulting businesses and built Critical Input around senior practitioners who understand what it takes to turn strategy into disciplined, measurable delivery outcomes.
Bettina Griffiths
Director / Finance and Accounting
Bettina co-founded Critical Input with Tim Griffiths and has played a central role in building the company’s foundations and long-term stability. As Director of Finance and Accounting, she oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial governance and business planning. Bettina combines strong commercial discipline with a practical, detail-driven operating style, giving Critical Input the financial control and confidence needed to grow nationally while maintaining a sustainable platform for consultants, clients and delivery teams.
John Edwards
Senior Advisor / Procurement Guru
John is a highly experienced supply chain recruitment and labour hire professional with a strong track record across Australia and internationally. He previously led ProcureNet Labour Hire and Recruitment in Queensland and now supports Critical Input’s People Division. John helps clients access the right capability for short-term support, role replacement and permanent appointments, drawing on Critical Input’s extensive network of supply chain, procurement, logistics and project delivery specialists.
Bridget Mahony
Senior Consultant: Tasmanian and West Australian Business Manager
Bridget leads commercial improvement and supply chain optimisation projects for Critical Input across Tasmania, Western Australia and other client environments. She is skilled at framing, scoping and structuring practical improvement work, then coordinating the right people to deliver it. Bridget brings a clear, outcome-focused approach to process transformation, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, helping organisations convert commercial opportunities into disciplined, well-managed actions that stick beyond the slide deck.
Mark Smith

Mark is a senior supply chain and procurement specialist with deep experience in large mining and resources contracts across Australia and overseas. He has managed complex load-and-haul, drill-and-blast, explosives and exploration drilling arrangements, bringing strong operational understanding to commercial decision-making. Simon Langdon

Simon Langdon is a practical materials management, procurement and supply chain professional with strong site-based experience across asset-intensive operating environments. He brings grounded capability in inventory control, stores support, materials coordination, purchasing, expediting, supplier follow-up and operational readiness.
