John has a long history as a successful Supply Chain recruitment and labour hire professional across Australia and internationally. In recent years he ran the successful ProcureNet Labour Hire and Recruitment company in Queensland. Equipped with an MBA, Henk has successfully designed and delivered strategic transformational projects across multiple business sectors in his 30-year career. These include: resources, engineering, construction, aviation, utilities, light and heavy manufacturing, defence and financial services.
Chris has worked in mining, resources, infrastructure and energy project management in Australia and overseas for nearly two decades. She is recognised for her balanced judgement, adaptability and commitment to meeting strategic outcomes. Chris is an Australian Institute of Project Management Certified Practising Project Manager, holds an MBA and is working towards a Masters in Project Management

Tom’s 15 years of experience in global energy and the alternative energy sector have made him an expert when in planning, sourcing and executing multi-billion-dollar projects.
Mark is a supply chain expert with more than a decade of experience working on large mining contracts in Australia and overseas. He is highly experienced in overseeing contracts on load-and-haul, drill-and-blast explosives and exploration drilling. Mark combines a “hands-on” approach with innovative procurement strategies, to ensure our clients achieve optimal operational efficiency based on their individual requirements.
Adrian is an experienced commercial lead working with owners, teams, EPCMs, consultants and all tiers of contractors in the mining, oil and gas and construction industries. Highly proficient in strategy development, negotiations, cost management, change management and contractor management ensuring effective completion and delivery of projects, well suited to CI’s Supply Chain process and service offering
Steph joined Critical Input in 2017, bringing with her the skills of a communications degree, her warmth, adaptability and willingness to roll her sleeves up and get the job done. She loves working on projects due to the variety they bring, and the fact she’s always learning something new. She began her career working as a legal secretary in law firms, but has since evolved to work within multiple industries and take on a variety of administrative tasks including tenders and bids, document formatting, transcriptions and basically anything else that needs to be done.
