A Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive global project and operational experience, Tim brings a direct, practical style to complex improvement work. He has established three consulting businesses and built Critical Input around senior practitioners who understand what it takes to turn strategy into disciplined, measurable delivery outcomes.

Bettina co-founded Critical Input with Tim Griffiths and has played a central role in building the company’s foundations and long-term stability. As Director of Finance and Accounting, she oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial governance and business planning. Bettina combines strong commercial discipline with a practical, detail-driven operating style, giving Critical Input the financial control and confidence needed to grow nationally while maintaining a sustainable platform for consultants, clients and delivery teams.
