What CI does (hands-on):
Critical Input delivers practical, end-to-end improvement, starting with rigorous Supply Chain Reviews (SCR™) and workforce readiness assessments, then moving into targeted planning support, strategic procurement and contracting, materials management reviews (MMR), and delivery of improvement projects that actually land.

We work with clients to design fit-for-purpose supply and workforce operating models, structures, governance, processes and systems—aligned to business strategy and delivery demand, while minimising cost and working capital. Our team integrates with yours to simplify, implement and embed sustainable change, lifting capability and improving performance across the full supply function.

Signature tools and focus areas:

SCR™: assesses and uplifts end-to-end supply planning by synchronizing people, planning and systems.
Ethical & sustainable sourcing + supply chain mapping: clearer provenance, risk, and leverage across tiers.
MMR (2-phase):
- Phase 1: snapshot review across representative storage locations.
- Phase 2 (optional): staged/full review and implementation oversight by a CI senior consultant.
Supply Chain Risk Assessment Matrix: identifies and prioritizes risks (including capacity and labour constraints) so controls and actions are clear and owned.
